Execution and key figures
After thorough analyses of data, KPIs and consumer behavior, we were now ready to execute on the strategy that had been presented.
The execution was divided into different phases:
1) Content management, preparation of video material, with different scripts, settings, and elements that should form the basis for a good presentation of Powerculture as a company, and tell the individual user what the company stood for and could offer.
2) Preparation of effective and psychological copywriting that should create interest in the target group.
3) Setting up a campaign and setting up the entire digital customer journey. From A-Z – From push to pull.
4) Ongoing data analysis and optimization of the campaigns.
The whole process, with long preparatory work, and short but effective execution, gave good results for Powerculture, and growth was achieved at lightning speed, while maintaining the good Roi.
