Execution and key figures
After thorough analyses of previous execution on the different accounts, we now had an idea of where to start.
The execution was divided into different phases:
1) Structure and overview: Scatterguns had previously been fired left and right, and it was impossible to carry out daily data analyses. Therefore, we went in hand-held and made a proper structure on the accounts, so that a data basis could easily be formed, and thus a scaling basis.
2) Content Management: Together with Mathias, we prepared a good portion of creatives, which would form the basis for our first split test of material, so we could constantly learn more about what exactly his core target group reacted best to.
3) Channel expansion: In recent years, when the digital world has developed so significantly, and the competition has become much greater, especially in jewelry, accessories, etc., it is incredibly difficult to grow your business through a single channel. Therefore, we set a goal of channel dominance, where we were top-of-mind with the core target group, no matter what platform they moved around.
4) Brand management and offers: In an industry where a lot of people throw out offers and discounts left and right, it can be hard to help yourself. In collaboration with Mathias, we kept the stylish brand image, and thus found quirky and other ways to get a higher conversion rate through offers that were neither brand-devalued, nor profit-damaging.
The whole process, with long preparatory work, and a super cool, close and exciting collaboration Mathias, we managed to grow the company at a healthy level, where large market shares were taken, while a super reasonable ROI was maintained.
